How to submit a complaint
Email info@velohotel.eu or submit the complaint at the company address. To help us investigate quickly, include:
- booking reference;
- your name and preferred contact;
- a clear description and desired resolution;
- photographs or relevant documents, if available.
Handling and alternative resolution
We will acknowledge receipt and respond within the applicable statutory period. We will first seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or a competent alternative dispute resolution body.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments. The confirmed storage period is paid in advance, while approved optional services and parts are paid before the bicycle is returned.
